Proverbs 3: 5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
Lean not on your understanding
In all your ways acknowledge Him
and He will direct your paths

this is wholly entirely apt and i'm very grateful for this at this particular point of time
for my muddled distracted convoluted life
i really want direction
i want to know what i'm studying for
where i'm heading
what i can do that God has prepared for me to do
instead of (currently) always thinking of buying stuff
at this point of time: grey tights and white suspenders

and gp makes me realise the people who populate the (hallowed) college in bishan which is also termed the ivy league machine don't really live up to expectations all the time - sometimes they're exceedingly dumb. no not dumb. i'm dumb. they're funny.
