IGNITE 2008 has been really memorable. i feel like i've grown! the worship was good, and so was the service/ushers/lighting/video people. initially worship was weird (and dangerous with all the jumping people 12 floors in the air) but i prayed that God would let me see as He sees their hearts. since i can't judge if they were really sincerely worshipping but i thank God for letting me be with 1500 plus young hearts pumping for God!
and the messages by Pastor Joakim Lundqvist - while i thought they were simple - i realised simple things make the most impact. it was his delivery of testimony after testimony that made me realise young people everywhere can and ARE making a difference since like maybe 230 AD.
i really want to carry the torch for the rest of my life. i really want God to work through me by letting me discover and use talents i never knew i had for his glory. i want to be a good student and a testimony for his mercy and grace. i want to be blessed! i want to bless for the rest of my life. i don't want the fire to ever be quenched and i hope the same for the other Christian youth in Singapore.
this whole conference i've been lifting up my hands to the Lord for as high and long as I can, and i realised it makes me feel happy. but this isn't about my feelings, it's worship! but i really hoped by lifting up my hands high God will take me by the hands and everything i offer in my hands and let me do great things in great places
Dear Lord please bless Raffles Junior College and all the boys and girls who attended Ignite and me though i spent a lot of time out this weekend, Age to age You stand; Time is in your hands! What is impossible for you? Nothing! Please also fill me with your blessings till I overflow :D
