i am very inspired by priscilla saying we should do something courageously crazy when we're young.
which i think is gradually becoming my motto for living.
but others probably think my motto is to be courageously funny. and i'm not very clear why
this is what happened in civics today:
gp tutor: Candice, who is your role model?
me: none
gp tutor: can you pick one for this lesson
me: sorry, that's impossible.
gp: huh?
me: NO.
*exit gp tutor who goes off to ask someone else*
and victory to me! because michelle and jiayi were like GO CANDICE! and fighting back laughs.
i think anything with gp tutor is FREAKING NOT FUNNY. because funny is reserved for people who demonstrate the ability to make things lighthearted and WORTH LAUGHING AT. he just makes me want to roll my eyes till they drop out and heave huge signs at how my youth, and my attempt at "constructive criticism" last time are WASTED on things that do zilch to quench my intellectual curiousity. but whether i have any at all is besides the point.
so, since all wonderful days ending with "Y" have wonderful endings, we had gp at the end of the day!
HAI. i sort of wish i was courageously crazy enough to run out with the rest to watch a movie. but my consolation is that mr bean is erh, pathetic and not worth my money.
of course, mr bean as an angmoh wins gp tutor hands down at truly being funny and dedicated and COMPETENT at his craft.
the reason i'm saying this is because i value WISDOM, INTEGRITY AND RESPECT. i believe everyone should pursue wisdom. teachers should IMPART WISDOM, with integrity to do their best and freaking not cheat everyone that there's lesson observation and to freaking quit if they're incompetent. and respect that students are not dumb.
oh but i'm not demonstrating respect too. sorry, whatever!
